Here is a breakdown of votes for Peter Obi and Rabiu Kwankwaso across Northern states and the FCT in the 2023 presidential election. Obi led in 13 states plus the FCT. He scored the highest in Plateau (466,272) and Benue (308,372). Kwankwaso won six states, with his strongest showing in Kano (997,279) and Jigawa (98,234). In total, Obi received 2.08 million votes in the region. Kwankwaso secured 1.45 million.
