How to Embrace Life as a Tall, Slim Guy
I’m a 21-year-old who’s 185 cm (6’1”) but only weighs around 66–68 kg. My ectomorph build and fast metabolism make it hard to put on muscle or weight. I’ve tried the gym but struggle to stick to a diet because of my low appetite. I often feel self-conscious when people tease me for being skinny or pick fights with me. I’m introverted, avoid social events, and worry I’ll never find a girlfriend. I’d love to hear from anyone who’s faced the same challenges.
