Hiring: Financial Accountant in Ikeja, Lagos (₦200K–₦250K/month)

A growing company in Ikeja, Maryland is seeking a full-time Financial Accountant. You’ll report to the Chief of Staff and work closely with the Country Lead and CEO. The role is onsite with a net salary range of ₦200,000–₦250,000 per month. You will lead monthly management accounts and quarterly financial reviews. Maintain rolling financial models, scenario planning, and unit economics. Manage budgeting, bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll, tax filings, and multi-currency reconciliation. Ensure compliance with data protection and build ROI cases for major spend decisions. You need 2–3 years of hands-on accounting experience, a professional qualification (ICAN, ACCA, CPA or equivalent), and strong Excel or Google Sheets skills. Familiarity with Nigerian tax compliance, Sage software, SharePoint, and OneDrive is a plus. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
