Cross River Governor Grants Jobs to Seven NYSC Presidential Honourees
Governor Bassey Otu has granted automatic state employment to seven Cross River indigenes who received the Presidential Honours Award for their distinguished service during the 2025 NYSC year. The governor praised their excellence, diligence and commitment, calling them true ambassadors of the state. He encouraged all Corps members to uphold these values and assured them of his administration’s unwavering support. Those who opt out of civil service will receive training or start-up grants. The beneficiaries are Christopher Utsu, Favour Asuquo, Ndem Ndem, Freedom Udama, Miracle Bisong, Agom Johnson and Clement Ekunke.
