Vacancy: Administrative Secretary in Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos

FMR Agency is looking for a bright and proactive Administrative Secretary to join our Lagos office. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Manage office correspondence and records ✔ Schedule meetings and maintain calendars ✔ Prepare reports, letters, and documents ✔ Coordinate daily office operations and handle calls, emails, and visitors ✔ Support management with administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality and efficiency Requirements: ✔ OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field ✔ 1–3 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role ✔ Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Working Days: Monday – Saturday Interested candidates should send their CV with the subject “Administrative Secretary Application” to our recruitment team.
