We specialize in Business Intelligence, Asset Management and Remote Monitoring for over 200 clients. We are recruiting a Fuel Control System (FCS) Technical Support Officer in Lagos and Ibadan. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, onboard new clients, configure systems and analyze performance metrics. You will collaborate with R&D, Implementation and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless operations. You need a B.Sc in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, IT, Computer Engineering or a related field, plus at least one year of technical support experience. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and remote desktop applications, excellent communication and attention to detail are essential.
