First Lady Oluremi Tinubu and Gov. Yusuf Launch Major Road Projects in Kano

Senator Oluremi Tinubu on Thursday inaugurated the newly completed Lodge Road in the Government Reserved Area of Nasarawa LGA and flagged off construction of Sarkin Yaki Road in Sabon Gari, Fagge LGA. She attended the Energise Commercialisation Now initiative alongside Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf, his wife and other top officials and dignitaries. A statement from the governor’s office explains these projects aim to boost infrastructure, ease movement of people and goods, and drive economic activity in the state. At the event, the First Lady stressed that quality roads are essential for development, security access and stronger economies, while Governor Yusuf highlighted the partnership needed for urban renewal and growth in Kano.
