Grow in Courage: Step Out in Faith

God tells us to become strong and courageous, not as an instant gift but as a quality we grow into. Just like breaking in new shoes, the more we trust and act, the more comfortable courage becomes. The promises from Deuteronomy teach us that God goes before us. He drives away obstacles, makes connections, and provides resources. He leads us one step at a time, so we face daily challenges with His strength. Courage isn’t the absence of fear but the triumph over it. Keep moving forward in faith, doing what you know is right even when you’re afraid, and you will conquer your fears.

It's interesting how courage is compared to breaking in new shoes, but growth often comes with discomfort and uncertainty.

I'm not sure the shoe analogy captures spiritual growth fully; sometimes courage appears suddenly rather than gradually.

Try setting small daily challenges that push your faith forward, like reaching out in prayer or sharing your belief with one person.
