Genuine Connections Can Survive Distance and Silence
I have come to understand that genuine connections do not always require daily communication. Life gets busy, responsibilities grow, and people move through different seasons. Silence does not always mean the bond is gone or that someone no longer cares. I am learning to appreciate people without demanding constant proof of their presence. We may speak every day, or we may reconnect after weeks or months. Either can be meaningful when there is honesty, respect, and goodwill. Life is demanding enough. Our relationships should leave room for distance, growth, and change without pressure or guilt. Let us give each other grace, show up when we can, and allow genuine connections to breathe.
