Ojokoro Council Manager Mojisola Akinola Retires at 60 After 32 Years of Service

Mrs. Mojisola Abeni Yusuf Akinola closed a distinguished 32-year career in the Lagos State Civil Service upon reaching retirement age. Known for her humility, innovation and leadership, she rose from Community Development Inspector II in Mushin to Council Manager in Ojokoro LCDA. Her roles across Mushin, Alimosho, Ayobo/Ipaja, Orile-Agege and other councils left a record of administrative reforms and improved staff welfare. Born on May 6, 1966, she holds qualifications in Food Technology and advanced degrees including an MBA and a Master’s in Social Work. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Early Childhood and Primary Education. A devoted wife and mother, she will celebrate her 60th birthday and retirement with colleagues and dignitaries from across Lagos State, as tributes honour her legacy of service and excellence.
