APC Deputy Chairman Celebrates Niece’s M.Sc in Public Administration
Egboh Grace Chioma, niece of Dr. Ben Nwoye, Deputy Chairman (South) of the APC, has earned a Master of Science in Public Administration from the National Open University of Nigeria. She previously completed a diploma in International Studies and Diplomacy and a B.Sc in Sociology and Anthropology with a specialisation in Social Work. Observers say this multidisciplinary background equips her for roles in policy analysis, legislative support and public sector reform. Dr. Nwoye described the accomplishment as both a family pride and a national asset. He noted that young Nigerians who combine global awareness, empathy and administrative expertise are the blueprint for 21st-century public leadership and called for greater youth inclusion in governance.
