Ebenezer Akinsanmiro Poised for Permanent Transfer to Pisa
Nigeria midfielder Ebenezer Akinsanmiro looks set to join Serie B side Pisa on a full-time deal after spending the 2025/26 season on loan from Inter Milan. The 21-year-old defensive midfielder made 24 league appearances in Tuscany, recording one assist and earning praise despite Pisa’s relegation from Serie A. The Italian club have triggered the €7.5 million buy option and are now awaiting Inter Milan’s final approval. Akinsanmiro originally moved to Inter Milan from NPFL side Remo Stars in January 2023 and spent last season on loan at Sampdoria. He was part of Nigeria’s squad at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations but did not feature on the pitch.
