Introducing Bayịbụru Ezza: The Bible in Our Ezza Language
Greetings, Ndi Ezza and culture enthusiasts! I’m excited to announce that our Ezza language now has its own Bible translation called Bayịbụru Ezza. We already have the complete New Testament, plus key Old Testament books like Genesis and Psalms. It’s available for free on the YouVersion Bible app and works offline. This milestone is a big step for preserving our language and culture. Our children and elders can now read God’s Word in the tongue our ancestors spoke. What are your thoughts on translating the Bible into local dialects? Do these translations help keep our languages alive? Daalu nu.
