Cybercrime Trial of Socialite Shitta Kazeem Oluwadamilare Adjourned to Sept. 21, 2026

A Federal High Court in Lagos has adjourned the trial of socialite Shitta Kazeem Oluwadamilare to September 21, 2026. The prosecutor informed the court that his witnesses were absent and requested a new hearing date, which the judge granted. Oluwadamilare faces a four-count charge brought by the EFCC. The allegations include impersonation offences under section 22(2)(b) of the Cybercrimes Act 2015 and possession of an electronic spanning tool under section 28(2) of the same law.
