Becoming Hope: Genesis of a Survivor

Freed but powerless, Hope’s family falls under the control of the eldest wife, Mama Favour. To save her children, Hope’s mother sends her to Port Harcourt as a housegirl with a promise of education. Hope vows to survive—and one day return for her family.
