Kadarko APC Backs Zoning for Wase Federal Seat Ahead of 2027

Kadarko APC Backs Zoning for Wase Federal Seat Ahead of 2027

Leaders of the APC in Kadarko District have endorsed zoning and leadership rotation for Wase Federal Constituency ahead of the 2027 elections. At a stakeholders’ meeting on April 19, 2026, elders, women leaders, youth representatives and community influencers unanimously agreed that fair power-sharing will deepen unity and ensure every district feels represented. Participants noted nearly two decades of representation from one section and thanked past officeholders for their contributions. They said it is now time for a peaceful transition to more inclusive leadership. The group urged other districts and party stakeholders to join the dialogue on zoning as a strategic tool for sustaining cohesion and driving development across the constituency.
