A former Super Eagles winger has expressed full confidence in Rangers International’s bid for the 2025/2026 NPFL crown, despite a fierce challenge from Rivers United. Rangers sit atop the table with 59 points, two ahead of Rivers United, as the season enters its final two fixtures. Rivers United will face Wikki Tourists away before hosting Katsina United, while Rangers travel to face Bendel Insurance and then visit Ikorodu City. Drawing on his own championship experience with Enyimba, the ex-winger insisted fair officiating will see Rangers maintain their lead. He praised the team’s form, spirit and the electrifying atmosphere in Enugu as the key to sealing victory.
