Hiring: Customer Support & Sales Onboarding Agent in Maryland, Lagos
We are looking for dynamic Customer Support and Sales Onboarding Agents to join our fast-paced call centre. This fulltime, onsite role offers a competitive monthly salary of ₦100,000 and operates on 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays. In this position, you will engage customers at the point of sale, explain product features and benefits, guide them through onboarding, and resolve basic inquiries. You will also document customer information accurately and meet daily quality and productivity targets. You should have at least an OND/HND/B.Sc., strong verbal communication skills, computer literacy, and high typing speed. Previous call centre, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage.
