Passport Photo Validation Fails for Applications from Europe
I’m applying for Nigerian passports for my children from Europe, but the process stalls at the photo validation stage. After uploading the photo and entering the CAPTCHA, clicking “Check Image” returns the error “Either token is invalid or missing.” The image uploads fine, but it won’t validate, so I can’t proceed. I’ve tried different devices, browsers, and connections for over two weeks across multiple applications. Interestingly, the validation works if I choose “Apply Within Nigeria” but always fails under “Apply From Outside Nigeria.” Has anyone applying from Europe encountered this issue or found a workaround? I’ve already contacted the Abuja technical support team without success. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
