NECO to Launch Computer-Based Exams from 2026

The National Examinations Council (NECO) will introduce computer-based testing in 2026 as part of efforts to modernise assessments and curb malpractice. Officials noted that this technology-driven reform will strengthen the credibility of public examinations and boost Nigeria’s competitiveness in global education standards.
