1 / 15

Nigeria won’t be at the 2026 World Cup, but over a dozen players of Nigerian heritage will represent seven different nations. England boast Bukayo Saka and Eberechi Eze, Germany feature Jamal Musiala and Felix Nmecha, while the United States rely on Folarin Balogun’s striking power. Switzerland’s Manuel Akanji and Austria’s Carney Chukwuemeka add depth in defence and midfield. Canada will field Tani Oluwaseyi and Promise David up front, and France snapped up Michael Olise over Nigeria.
