Hiring: Senior HR & Admin Officer for BPO Operations in Maryland, Lagos
We are seeking a Senior HR & Admin Officer to drive talent acquisition and employee engagement in our BPO operations in Maryland, Lagos. This full-time onsite role offers a salary of ₦250,000–₦300,000 monthly net. You will manage high-volume recruitment, performance metrics, compliance with labour laws, and retention strategies for debt recovery, telemarketing, and customer support teams. Key duties include sourcing and assessing candidates, partnering with managers on HR initiatives, monitoring KPIs such as attrition and CSAT, and ensuring ethical practices. Candidates should have 3–4 years of HR experience, including at least 1–2 years in a BPO or financial services firm, a relevant degree, and strong Excel skills.
