What Biblical Love Looks Like in Everyday Life

Love is more than affection. Scripture teaches that it is the character of God and the foundation of a meaningful Christian life. Without love, spiritual gifts, knowledge, sacrifice and faith lose their value. True love is patient, kind, humble and selfless. It does not envy, boast, keep records of wrongs or celebrate injustice. Instead, it rejoices in truth, remains hopeful and endures through every circumstance. God showed this love by sending Jesus Christ to die for us while we were still sinners. As Christians, we are called to reflect that same love in our words, choices and relationships. Through the Holy Spirit, we have the grace to live in love and draw others closer to God. If you desire to begin a life with Christ, sincerely place your faith in Him, ask for forgiveness and commit to growing in a Bible-believing church.
