Western Vlogger Praises Enugu’s Hospitality After Visiting Awhum Waterfalls

A Western travel vlogger says his experience in Enugu challenged the negative image often associated with travelling in Nigeria. After visiting other parts of the country, he said people in and around Awhum Monastery and Waterfalls were welcoming and helpful when he got lost. He contrasted this with encounters where tourists are approached for money, arguing that such behaviour can damage Nigeria’s image. His visit to Enugu, however, left him with a more positive impression of the country and its people.
