Hiring: Manager, Electrical & Instrumentation (Ibadan)

We are seeking a Manager for Electrical & Instrumentation to oversee maintenance, optimization, and reliability of electrical and automation systems across our refinery, solvent extraction, utilities, and packaging facilities in Ibadan. You will lead preventive and breakdown maintenance, support automation improvements, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Key duties include troubleshooting PLCs, SCADA systems, and instrumentation devices. You will manage electrical infrastructure—MCCs, transformers, VFDs, and switchgear—coordinate testing, commissioning, and implement reliability improvements. You will also mentor technicians, maintain spare parts inventory, and uphold HSE policies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering. Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG, food processing, or refinery environments. Strong skills in PLC/SCADA platforms (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider Electric), AutoCAD Electrical, and Microsoft Office. Only Nigerian candidates based in Oyo State need apply.
