Senegal Unveils 2026 World Cup Squad With Mané and Jackson Leading the Attack

Head coach Pape Thiaw has named a balanced 26-man squad for Senegal’s 2026 FIFA World Cup campaign. Sadio Mané and Nicolas Jackson spearhead an attack also featuring Iliman Ndiaye and Bamba Dieng. The roster blends experience and youthful energy. It includes goalkeeper Edouard Mendy, defender Kalidou Koulibaly, midfielder Pape Matar Sarr, and winger Ismaïla Sarr. Senegal will compete in Group I alongside France, Norway, and Iraq. The Teranga Lions open against France on June 16 at MetLife Stadium, face Norway on June 22, and wrap up against Iraq on June 26.
