Quantity Surveyor Vacancy in Lagos

A construction client in Lagos is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, prepare estimates and Bills of Quantities, administer contracts, and support project delivery within budget. Responsibilities include evaluating contractor quotations, valuing completed work and variations, preparing interim payment certificates, conducting site inspections, and providing cost reports to management. Applicants should have a degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or a related field, 3–5 years of construction experience, and strong knowledge of cost control and contract administration. NIQS membership or QSRBN registration is an advantage. Candidates based in, or willing to relocate to, Epe are preferred, especially those in the Ajah, Epe, or Ibeju-Lekki axis.
