Do Sleeping Habits Have Spiritual Meanings?

I have heard spiritual beliefs about certain sleeping habits, and I think it is important to discuss them carefully. Some people believe that sleeping with the head tilted away from the pillow, keeping a mirror under the pillow, or resting a leg against the wall may have spiritual meanings. However, these habits can also be ordinary sleeping preferences. They should not be used to accuse, fear, isolate, or mistreat anyone, including relatives, friends, or domestic staff. If someone’s behaviour genuinely worries you, approach the situation with respect and seek sensible guidance. We should avoid assumptions and treat people fairly.
