Blaze Engulfs Oyo State Police Post and Three Homes in Ibadan
A fire outbreak at a police facility in the Kara area of Akinyele LGA destroyed operational assets, including a patrol vehicle and several motorcycles. Oyo State Fire Service crews contained the blaze before it could reach the main station building. On the same day, separate fires broke out in three residential buildings at No. 19 Omigade Street, Moniya and Alakia. Residents scrambled to salvage their belongings as emergency teams worked to extinguish the flames.
