Adapting to Frequent Nighttime Urination in the UK: Health Update and Spiritual Encouragement

I’ve found myself needing to pee every two hours since arriving in the UK. Thankfully, the bathroom is close, so I can quickly return and rest in short bursts. Someone suggested I check my blood sugar and prostate, but it turns out the issue is linked to spinal damage rather than diabetes or prostate problems. To stay hopeful, I’m leaning on these words from Psalm 37: “Fret not yourself because of evildoers… For they shall soon be cut down like the grass.” “For yet a little while, and the wicked shall not be.”
