Our client, a top FMCG distributor in Nigeria, is seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources & Administration based in Ilorin. This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive monthly salary of ₦350,000–₦400,000 net. Key Responsibilities: • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management • Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company standards • Oversee payroll, leave administration, and employee records • Supervise administrative functions and office operations Qualifications & Benefits: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field • Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role • Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is advantageous • Strong knowledge of HR practices and Nigerian labor laws • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems • HMO, pension, leave allowance, and career growth opportunities
