Give Stale Bread New Life with Easy Egg Toasts
When your bread is a few days old and no one wants to eat it, don’t throw it away. I turn stale slices into golden egg toasts in minutes. First, crack a couple of eggs into a plate, add a pinch of salt, and whisk well. Melt a little margarine in a warm pan. Dip each slice of bread generously in the egg mixture on both sides.
