Good evening everyone, About a week ago, I resigned from my DSA position at a reputable bank to become a retention agent at a trading company. I left because the monthly targets were stressful, I had to wake up very early, and the pay was too low. This new job pays three times more, but I’m still in training and the pressure feels even worse than before. There’s good pay but no job security, and I’m starting to doubt my decision. Please, I’d appreciate any advice or encouragement.
