Catch Every 2026 World Cup Match Live on DStv & GOtv Across Africa
SuperSport has revealed plans to broadcast all 104 matches of the 2026 FIFA World Cup live on DStv and GOtv. The tournament, co-hosted by the United States, Canada and Mexico from June 11 to July 19, will feature a record 48 teams and ten African nations. The broadcaster’s CEO outlined four pillars for its coverage: unmatched scale, broad accessibility, championing African pride and showcasing the continent on the global stage. For the first time, every match will be available across all subscription tiers, widening access for millions of viewers. SuperSport will launch four dedicated World Cup channels with commentary in English, Portuguese and seven local African languages. The offering also includes expanded preview shows, live match coverage, in-depth studio analysis and special features to enrich the fan experience. The campaign, themed “Everything Else Can Wait,” kicked off with a surprise on-air appearance by Idris Elba. More celebrity guests and strategic partnerships are expected as SuperSport prepares its most ambitious football broadcast to date.
