You will manage the front desk, greet visitors, handle calls and emails, and provide general administrative support. Key Responsibilities: • Welcome and attend to visitors professionally • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars • Keep the reception area neat and manage office supplies Qualifications: • OND, HND, or BSc in a related field • Strong communication and organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) • Professional appearance and excellent customer service • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment This full-time role offers a starting salary of N150,000 per month.
