Join Our Team as a Front Office Executive (Lagos, Abuja & Ibadan)

Ascentech Services Limited is a leading HR solutions provider founded in 2013 with its head office in Lagos. We partner with businesses to deliver flexible, robust services that adapt to their changing needs. We are recruiting a Front Office Executive with at least 2 years of experience. You will manage the front desk, greet visitors, handle calls and emails, and provide general administrative support. Key Responsibilities: • Welcome and attend to visitors professionally • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars • Keep the reception area neat and manage office supplies Qualifications: • OND, HND, or BSc in a related field • Strong communication and organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) • Professional appearance and excellent customer service • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment This full-time role offers a starting salary of N150,000 per month.
