CISLAC and Transparency International Nigeria have expressed deep sorrow at the passing of Sylvester Enoghase. In a statement, Comrade Auwal Musa Rafsanjani praised his dedication to ethical journalism, public-interest reporting, and workers’ rights. He noted Enoghase’s roles as Group Business Editor and Labour Editor at Daily Independent, and his leadership of the Labour Writers Association of Nigeria. Rafsanjani highlighted Enoghase’s integrity, professionalism, and contributions to informed public discourse on economic and labour issues.
