Victor Agali Alleges NFF Withholding FIFA Funds for Ex-Players

Victor Agali Alleges NFF Withholding FIFA Funds for Ex-Players

Victor Agali has accused the Nigeria Football Federation of mismanaging funds meant for ex-international players. He claims FIFA payments for former Super Eagles stars have not reached many of the intended beneficiaries. Speaking on a recent podcast, Agali said he is yet to receive his share. “I personally have not received it,” he added. He also knows others still waiting for their payment. His remarks have sparked fresh questions about transparency in NFF’s financial dealings. Many former players now demand clear answers and timely disbursements. Agali’s career peaked between 2000 and 2004. He was a dominant forward in World Cup qualifiers and helped Nigeria win bronze at AFCON 2004 before moving into coaching and youth development.

How do you feel about Agali's claim that former Super Eagles stars are still waiting on FIFA payments?

It's surprising that funds meant for ex-internationals could go missing if FIFA has strict audit procedures in place.

I doubt it's all NFF's fault without knowing if Agali followed proper channels to claim his dues.
