Tinubu Ends Abandoned FCT Projects, Launches New Road Expansion Across Abuja
President Bola Tinubu has directed the immediate upgrade and extension of roads to underserved communities across the Federal Capital Territory. While commissioning the rehabilitated 16-km Old Keffi Road linking Kado Fish Market to Dei-Dei Junction, he approved construction of the new Kaba–Kagini–Zaudna route. Represented by Senate President Godswill Akpabio, the President said the Renewed Hope Agenda guarantees that no district is left behind. He described the newly completed corridor as proof that abandoned projects in Abuja are now a thing of the past. Tinubu acknowledged FCT Minister Nyesom Wike and his team for identifying critical needs, securing funding, and delivering on schedule. He urged residents to safeguard the new roads, streetlights, and drainage systems to ensure lasting benefits.
