Our company seeks a Kitchen Assistant to support our Lekki Data Center kitchen. The salary range is ₦100,000–₦120,000 per month. Responsibilities include: - Assisting in menu planning and recipe development - Operating and maintaining kitchen equipment safely - Adhering to food safety standards and managing inventory records - Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils - Washing dishes and maintaining dining area cleanliness - Disposing of waste according to guidelines - Interacting courteously with guests and staff - Assisting with inventory checks and restocking Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training or certification is a plus - 1–2 years of experience as a cook or kitchen assistant in a professional setting - Previous stewarding or cleaning experience is an advantage - Proficiency in grilling, baking, frying, and food presentation techniques - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team under minimal supervision Interested candidates should send their CV via the provided email or WhatsApp contact.
