Florida-based social media personality Anakaliyah Mooi says she has spent more than $75,000 on cosmetic surgery and body modification in pursuit of what she calls a “walking fantasy” look. Her procedures include four breast augmentations, rhinoplasty, veneers, butt fillers and rib removal. The 29-year-old says her latest waist-contouring treatment in Peru involved partially fracturing selected ribs and wearing a corset during recovery. She now has a 23-inch waist and hopes to reduce it further, despite medical concerns about the long-term safety of rib-contouring procedures. Mooi says she funds most of her surgeries through her online work and accepts that her appearance attracts criticism. She maintains that she is comfortable with her choices and expects to continue having procedures as she ages.
