Executive Director, Tax – Strategic Leadership Role in Lagos

A reputable firm on Victoria Island, Lagos is seeking a results-driven Executive Director to lead its tax practice and drive business expansion. Key responsibilities: • Lead tax planning, compliance and advisory services • Oversee internally generated revenue initiatives across states • Manage client relationships and stakeholder engagements • Mentor and guide the tax team to meet performance targets Requirements: • 6–10 years of progressive experience in tax advisory, compliance or leadership roles • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field • Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA or CITN • Deep knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and state IGR frameworks • Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills The role comes with a competitive, performance-based package.
