Applicants must be citizens of an ECOWAS member state, be 32 or younger, and hold a degree in a relevant field from a recognised institution. Applications opened on July 31, 2026, and close on August 31, 2026. Applicants will create an account, complete their personal, academic and professional details, then upload a degree certificate, CV and motivation letter. Successful candidates will gain work experience, training, mentoring, leadership development and access to professional networks within ECOWAS institutions and agencies.
