A Letter to My Unborn Child
I grew up surrounded by hatred, negativity and poverty. I don’t want you to feel trapped in an environment that wounds the soul. When you turn eighteen, I pray you’ll have a place of your own. I want you to stand on your own feet, free from dependency and manipulation. You won’t suffer lack under my care. I will never hide food from you or force you into a faith you don’t choose. I’ll respect your privacy, support your dreams and protect you without strings attached. I can’t bear to see you in pain.
