Launch Your Career with International Breweries Graduate Trainee Program

International Breweries is now accepting applications for its Graduate Trainee Program. Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience in the brewing process and develop the technical and leadership skills needed to excel in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should hold a BSc in Biological Sciences, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent), and demonstrate strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates think creatively, challenge the status quo and bring energy and passion to their work. The recruitment process includes an online application and CV screening, psychometric assessments (numerical, verbal, logical and situational judgement tests), an assessment centre with group exercises and presentations, and final interviews. Background checks and a medical assessment follow successful interviews. Interested graduates should apply through the International Breweries recruitment portal and submit all required documents. Share this opportunity with friends and stay tuned for more updates.
