Is Complaining Universal? Can Financial Security End Our Grievances?

Complaints seem to follow citizens in every country. People often cite low wages, limited infrastructure and a poor human development index as the root causes. While increasing government revenue can improve services and infrastructure, true peace of mind comes from financial security. When individuals know they have savings and investments, they feel more confident. One proposal is to require all workers to save and invest regularly. Building personal safety nets may be the only way to reduce the constant cycle of complaints everywhere.
