I feel Rivers State has suffered unrest because of Tinubu’s unchecked ambition. He treats Lagos like his private estate and dictates who will govern at every level. This looks more like slave-master rule than democracy. He has used the same tactics in Rivers. A sitting governor was removed. A military head was imposed. The people were denied their chosen leader at the polls. Now Oyo and Ekiti face similar threats. Too many remain silent or too timid to resist. If we don’t act before it’s too late, our democracy and safety are at risk.
