LeBron James has agreed to join the Philadelphia 76ers on a two-year, $8 million deal that includes a player option, according to reports confirmed by Rich Paul. The 41-year-old said he still loves basketball and believes he can help Philadelphia compete for an NBA championship. The move ends his eight-season spell with the Los Angeles Lakers. James will join a 76ers squad featuring Joel Embiid, Tyrese Maxey, VJ Edgecombe and Jaylen Brown. The player option would allow him to re-enter free agency after one season.
