Hiring Community Strategist for Nigeria’s Anonymous Workplace Forum
OurPalaver is launching an anonymous community for Nigerian professionals to discuss workplace realities. Topics include salaries, toxic management, career pivots and HR failures. Member identities remain protected to enable honest conversation. We need a Community Strategist to build and grow this space from scratch. You will seed daily discussions, develop a weekly content calendar, post guides, and recruit founding members. You’ll also identify power users and run referral initiatives to boost engagement. You will moderate discussions fairly, enforce guidelines, and protect anonymity. You will track key metrics on member growth, engagement and community sentiment. Regular reports and data-driven adjustments will shape our strategy. This is a remote, fixed-term contract with a base allowance plus performance bonus. KPI targets will be agreed monthly. Interested candidates should apply via email with the subject “Nigerian Workplace Terminal – Community Strategist” and include a brief note on relevant experience.
