Immediate Vacancy: Personal Assistant to Manager in Ikorodu

Rimuda Homes and Properties is a leading real estate development and marketing firm in Lagos. We pride ourselves on integrity and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to support the Manager on a three-month contract. Responsibilities include acting as the Manager’s liaison, coordinating strategic plans, handling calls and correspondence, organising client documents, arranging site inspections, creating and managing social media content, drafting emails and letters, and maintaining confidentiality. Candidates must have OND, HND or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications, Sciences or Engineering, with 1–3 years’ experience. Applicants should be 20–25 years old, fluent in English, and reside in Maryland, Ketu, Alapere, Ikorodu or nearby. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organisational skills are required.
