Join Devlixus as a Tech Training Assistant in Underserved Lagos Community

Are you passionate about technology and eager to help others learn? Devlixus is recruiting four dedicated Training Assistants for its digital skills initiative in an underserved Lagos neighbourhood. Over three weeks, you will receive hands-on instruction in digital skills, AI productivity tools, facilitation, communication, teamwork, and practical teaching methods. Applicants must be 18 to 27 years old, hold at least an SSCE (or equivalent), provide proof of qualifications, and live within reasonable distance of the training venue. Successful trainees will support instructors, guide students during practical exercises, mentor learners, track attendance and progress, and maintain a professional learning environment. A ₦25,000 monthly stipend covers transport and meals for the first two months. High-performing assistants can transition into long-term paid roles with regular allowances and performance bonuses. This is your chance to build valuable digital and teaching skills with a mission-driven team. Apply by Saturday, July 4, 2026 (11:59 PM) to join us.

It's great they offer hands-on AI instruction, but three weeks seems brief to really master those digital skills.

I'd hope they consider tailoring content for varying literacy levels instead of only general digital skills modules.

To maximize impact, they could partner with community centres to ensure reliable venue access and sustained learner engagement.
